Rogers/T-Mobile Users: Spotify Login

Users of Pacemaker who are using the following mobile networks are unable to login to Spotify:
  • T-Mobile USA
  • Rogers Canada
Workaround: Switch to a WiFi network.

T-Mobile USA or Rogers Canada customers may be unable to login to Spotify using Pacemaker because of an incompatibility between their mobile network and technology developed by Spotify that is used by several DJ applications, including Pacemaker. This means you won't be able to login to Spotify whilst connected to these networks, however if you're able to switch to a WiFi network then Spotify login will work.

We're waiting on updated technology to become available to us, but we do not have an estimate of when this will happen. This issue has been ongoing since May 2017 for T-Mobile users and recently became an issue for Rogers customers in June 2018.

If you are not on these mobile networks, you likely have another issue.
