The app is crashing

The app keeps crashing in the middle of a song usually the firs one. It opens fine, creates a playlist and starts playing fine but then crashes. Anyone else experiencing this? I love this app but this is really annoying.

Sorry to hear this. Are you creating a mix using a Spotify or a local track held on your device?

Local tracks. This seems to have started within the last 1or 2 updates. I wasn't having an issues before. I'm wondering it it's memory issue? I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 10.2.1 with the latest version of the app. I use pacemaker frequently with another app for training on my bike.

Sorry to hear this Brandon. The iPhone 5 is nearly the lowest device we currently support with Pacemaker (other than the 4S) and it is possible you're running low on processing power or memory which is why you're seeing this crash. You can try closing your other applications to see if this improves things.

We might be able to invite you in about a month to download a Beta version of Pacemaker to try and work out why this is happening. Currently we're working really hard on getting it ready, which is why we need a few weeks to do this, although it's possible future versions of Pacemaker may require iOS 10 or newer. This might unfortunately mean your device becomes unsupported. I'll keep your email address on file and when we have a new beta, we'll send you an invite. Hope this helps.

i have playlist who goes 5 h but there is one song which is always not playing and when i want to delete the song the app crashes. I think there was a problem when i insert the song because there is no picture of the song and no sound is comming when i select it and its not mashup itself. There is not even a name which song it is.
im using an iphone 7 and have the newest version of the app

Sorry to hear this. Are all these tracks iTunes tracks? Is it possible you've recently synced your phone with your Mac/PC and removed tracks held on the device?

The app crashes on a new iPad 9.7, latest software for iOS. We're sourcing spotify tracks. And it happens when we try to do more than on thing at a time. Like transition and tweak the echo. Please fix?

Sorry to hear this. The team are looking into this issue and we hope an update to pacemaker which will be released soon will solve this. I'll let you know when this is released.
