In-App effects

Nick Ruff Apr 08, 2017 10:58PM CEST

Hi

I did buy the the value pack & the power pack. But they not appear in the fx circle. If I try the restore I can press the button but nothing happens. If i close the app again and buy the effect again it says I already own that pack if I want to reload it for free, i say yes but again nothing happens all the effects are still missing. I did pay 16 bucks (CHF) but I receive nothing..... kind of sad....

Please tell me what to do,,,,or re-release the Pacemaker Hardware, at least that device did work like a charm.

Thanks and kind regards,
Nick

Pacemaker 2.3.1 has now been released by Apple and should be available to download from the AppStore. If you cannot yet see the update - please be patient. It can take a few hours before it will appear on your device.
Once installed you will need to restore your purchases by opening the Pacemaker Store and clicking "Restore Purchases".
We have a guide on how to do this here, if you need it: https://pacemaker.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2748343-how-to-restore-purchased-effects

We'd like to apologise again for this issue and thank you for your patience.
If you need any further help, do not hesitate to email us: support@pacemaker.net or tweet us using @Pacemaker.

If you are using Pacemaker for iPhone and are interested in Pacemaker+, please hold tight. Apple are still reviewing this feature. You may not be able to purchase a Pacemaker+ subscription currently and the price within the application may not be shown. Once Apple approve this new feature, prices will appear. This will not affect your usage of the Pacemaker for iPhone application. All users can still try the Pacemaker+ Studio, without a subscription using the included free studio sessions.
