Save a Pacemaker Mix into Spotify

Edan Jul 24, 2017 10:35PM CEST

On the iphone app, is there a way to save/convert a single, entire Pacemaker mix into a Spotify playlist comprised of the tracks in my mix? I know I can add tracks individually into the "Liked on Pacemaker" playlist, but it would be nice to have the ability to convert the entire mix at once (possibly by adding a "Save to Spotify" button above the mix's "Delete" option).

Hello Edan,

Right now this isn't possible but this is something at least one other user has asked for. If there's enough demand for this feature, it's something we'll consider adding to Pacemaker! Thanks for the suggestion.

I second this idea! Would love to create and share mixes with my friends who don’t have pacemaker (or iphones for that matter).

Will we ever be able to share mixes from iPhone to iPad?

Also, will there ever be a Wi-Fi connection to Amazon Alexa or Google Home?

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now we don't have a save to Spotify feature for Pacemaker that saves an entire mix, but you can tap on individual songs and press the love heart icon to save that track back to a playlist called: "Liked on Pacemaker". We plan features based on demand so if enough people as for something like this, we might consider adding it in a future version of Pacemaker.

Allowing users to play iPhone mixes on iPad is again another feature that if there's enough demand we'll look into. Right now we still have great plans to improve Pacemaker for iPhone therefore we're currently working on improving things there first.

Thanks for the final suggestion. This isn't something I've heard before but I've added it to our features and suggestion document which we use to plan updates.

Please consider the idea of saving mixed tracks to Spotify playlist and also using It offline.I’m teaching spin classes and it would be great to able use it without interruption of switching back and forth or with stopping due to bad internet connection that we have in the gym. Thank you and I looove your App

Hello Alona,

We'd love to add Offline Spotify support but this is something currently exclusive to the Spotify application. If this changes in the future, we'll definitely see what we can do.
