My Pacemaker Profile disappeared and my saved mixes

For some reason my pacemaker profile isn’t coming up when I launch the app. I am connected my Spotify premium account (I can see all of my Spotify playlist). However if I want to save or edit any of the existing mixes I’ve created the app says I need to login in. Well I originally create my Pacemaker profile via linking it to my Spotify account. I’ve even posted mixes I’ve made. Now I’m concerned that if I create a new Pacemaker profile I will lose any saved mixes I’ve created. Please let me know if that is the case or what I can do to make sure I don’t lose any of my saved mixes.

Hello Mark,

Hopefully I can help. Firstly - make sure you do not delete or uninstall Pacemaker, this is the only way "saved" mixes not yet published to our social network can be deleted.
If your accounts are linked then you should be able to logout of Spotify and then log back in which should mean you get signed back into Pacemaker at the same time. To do this:

Launch Pacemaker.
Click the person at the top left.
Click the settings cog.
Click "Logout from Spotify".
Click the settings cog.
Click "Login to Spotify".
Login with your spotify credentials.
Once this window closes, let me know if you now see the correct Pacemaker account on your profile?
