Some songs not analyzing

Hi, I have some songs that do not analyse at all. If I add them to a mix the lightning symbol just rotates continually. The songs play but will go silent with a portion of the track remaining.

They are local tracks on an Iphone. I have tried deleting the downloads and re-downloading but the issue still occurs.

Sorry to hear this. Are these tracks you have purchased from iTunes or copied from another source like a CD? Is it possible you could send us one of these tracks by email: support(at)
It's possible these tracks might be in a format we don't support or might be damaged in some way which prevents us from completely processing them in Pacemaker and determining things like their BPM.

Any news on this? I have not received any replies to my last email and the app is becoming unusable as after every update it seems to want to re-scan all of the files and mixes just stop in with silence because the track has not finished analysing.

Hey Anthi,

We're sorry about this. We're aware of an issue where sometimes tracks in Pacemaker don't mix together on iPhone and the waveforms simply sit side by side. We're investigating and trying work out why this happens.

I finally had most of my songs analysed with only about 30 not analysing meaning fewer broken mixes and then the update installs and i'm back to the beginning.

This is really getting frustrating now!
