Lost my mixes and followers and stats

Mark Peamchareon Oct 29, 2018 02:33PM CET

For some odd reason, I had to login again, I never sign out. My followers/ppl I follow are all gone. The mixes I made public are not published and a super personal insanely meticulous mix of classic and modern rock was deleted completely. That’s almost 3 hrs long. It’s called “Music I grew up with pt.1” ( I think). I don’t know what happened. Everything was lost. Please help

Hey Mark,

Don't worry - it looks like everything is still there, but for some reason you might now have been signed up with a brand new account. I've sent you an email with instructions on how you can get back into your original one.

All my mixes are gone and I need them for my basketball warm up tonight and I can’t find the playlist anymore.

Hey Elizabeth,

I've looked at your account and can see you have one mix called "Hit Songs" and another called "Untitled mixtape" which you appear to still be working on.
If you open Pacemaker, tap the person at the top left - you should see your profile.

You should see the first mix: Hit Songs https://pacemaker.net/mixtapes/eae5f85b-13c1-4f8c-9275-0953eb327bbf under the "Posted" section.
The other mix called "Untitled Mixtape" will be in your "Saved" section. Hope this helps!
