When the add popped up for getting the subscription, I clicked the 1 month subscription it charged me for the 1 year. I cancelled it right away after I realized. Do you do refunds before a 24 hour cancellation? Your system charged me for the wrong item

Really sorry to hear this - although we're not sure how this could have happened. Apple manually check our app before each release to ensure that these kinds of mistakes aren't possible and that you can only purchase what you've clicked on.
Regarding refunds, Apple securely process payments on our behalf therefore we are unable to issue you a refund directly. Apple may issue you a refund but this is at their sole discretion. Our suggestion would be to use the website here: to get in touch with Apple and hopefully they will be able to assist.
