Subscription not working

I have just bought one month subscription, it shows as if I got the profile badge but still it tells me to purchase Pace maker+ when I try to add some DJ tools. Any help can be useful

Will somebody ever respond to me? This is starting to get annoying. I haven’t accessed my subscription content the way I should even though I tried logging out and in, tried deletinfg and reinstalling the app but these don’t help. Whats the aim of this support site then??

Hello. I downloaded the app seeing what it was all about but i didnt want to purchase the pacemaker plus. It wont let me go to the website to manage the subscription. If this could be fixed, i would gladly appreciate it. Thank you.

To play Spotify tracks in Pacemaker or listen to mixes made by other people using Spotify tracks, you need a Spotify subscription which you can only purchase from Spotify's own website: http://spotify.com
We then offer our own subscription called Pacemaker+. This lets you have total control when making a mix, including cropping tracks or editing the speed of transitions between songs.
You can manage your Pacemaker+ subscription, including renewal options using this link: https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/manageSubscriptions
