Log in to Spotify

Along with everyone else experiencing the same issue of it not connecting with spotify and being able to save any playlists, I just got charged for the yearly subscription which I had only done month to month so I am not sure how that happened. I would be fine with it if the app was working but obviously it has not been for weeks and I would like a refund.

Hey Rachel,

We have been offering an introductory offer in Pacemaker where people like yourselves have been able to sign up for a 1 month trial of Pacemaker. At the end of this month, you'll will have been signed up for a year. This would have been shown during the sign up process and through any emails sent from the Apple App Store (as Apple rightly require us like all other companies to inform users when they make a purchase).

We're unable to offer you a refund directly, as Apple securely process payments on our behalf. Apple may issue you a refund but this is at their sole discretion. Our suggestion would be to use the website here: https://getsupport.apple.com to get in touch with Apple and hopefully they will be able to assist.

Hey Don,
To get the Spotify Family plan or to purchase Spotify Premium for a single user - you'll need to visit Spotify's own website: http://spotify.com and purchase it there.

Hey Chong,

Try connecting to a WiFi network when logging into Spotify within Pacemaker. We're aware of some issues affecting users on several mobile phone networks who can't connect to Spotify inside Pacemaker. We're working on a fix.
