Unable to purchase Pacemaker+

Hi,

I've been trying to buy the Plus version by signing up to the free trial first, however I keep getting an error message saying that "For some mysterious reason, your request failed!".

I was a Plus user until last May.

Can you help please? Using the app on iPhone 8.

UPDATE: The app seems to be working now and I managed to activate the free trial.

Glad you got it working Piero. We've been trying to reproduce this issue ourselves, but haven't managed to see what the problem is yet. It might have been a temporary network problem.

I can't activate my free trial, my iTunes says the purchase is successful but comes up with a sad face with no text.

Hi, I have the same problem, I purchased the plus version but it wont let me activate it. The sad face keeps showing up

Same problem - can’t upgrade to Pacemaker+ just get the request failed screen even though my subscription shows as active in the iTunes account but no access to the features
