App will not upgrade to Pacemaker+

Amy Richardson Jul 27, 2019 03:24AM CEST

The app didn't upgrade to allow me the free trial but I have now since been charged and still cannot use the upgraded version - getting the sad face error message.

Pop Ups offer me to get Pacemaker+ but I get an error when I try either selecting to upgrade or picking Restore Purchase.

I downloaded the app thinking it was free. I signed in using my details but before I knew I had lost €5 without even getting a free trial. I am extremely annoyed with this as it was just supposed to be an app on my phone.

Hey Sophie,

When you downloaded Pacemaker you will have been given the option to start a free 7 day trial of the Pacemaker+ features (which you can skip) by clicking the text beneath the purple button. After this trial is over you will be charged unless you choose to cancel the subscription. Pacemaker+ membership is optional, but gives you access to the Pacemaker Studio where you can fine-tune the mix, crop the start or end of songs and puts a badge on your profile so that any mixes you share - stand out on the network.

You can cancel your subscription through the iTunes account settings on your iPhone or iPad, or in desktop iTunes on a computer. Please see these instructions for cancelling through your mobile device:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
2. Scroll down and select "iTunes & App Store"
3. On the screen that appears, tap your Apple ID listed at the top.
4. In the pop-up modal that shows, tap "View Apple ID", and sign in if requested to do so.
5. This brings you to an Account Settings page, where you can scroll down to a "Subscriptions" option. Tap "Subscriptions" and select the Pacemaker from your list of subscriptions.

If you do not see Pacemaker listed, you are using the free version of Pacemaker and have not activated a subscription trial.

6. On the Pacemaker subscription screen, tap the "Cancel Subscription" button.
7. If you do not see the "Cancel Subscription" button, this means it has already been cancelled. Once the free trial has been cancelled, you will no longer see a cancel button. Instead, you will see an "Expires [date]" listed in the subscription description in the Your Subscription section on that page, with renewal options below.

Please Note: For security reasons, we are unable to view, manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Hi, I’ve subscribed to pacemaker plus but it keeps saying that I’ve run out of mixes. Please can you sort it? Thanks so much

Same thing - says I’ve subscribed but no access to features if I try to restore I get the ‘for some mysterious reason your request failed’ still says 0 mixes available and don’t have the additional fx

Tried over WiFi and 4G to try and resolve network issues but no change

Lost 3 days of the trial now
