For some mysterious reason, your request failed!

John Sep 09, 2019 04:23AM CEST

I've been a subscriber since 2016 and now my subscription and sessions ended about 6 months ago. When I try to restore my purchase and I'm getting the "For some mysterious reason, your request failed! Please try again". I’ve tried updating it, deleting the app and redownloading it...etc. It’s really frustrating. Any ideas?

Thanks for supporting Pacemaker. I've taken a look at your account and can see you purchased the Turbo Pack on 2016-03-28 and then purchased the Pacemaker+ subscription for 6 months in 2017. Unfortunately we're showing the wrong information inside Pacemaker. An error hasn't happened, but actually your subscription has since expired - so at the moment you don't have an active subscription and therefore access to all of the FX (other than the ones included in the Turbo Pack which you purchased for a one off feed) and use of the Pacemaker studio (where we gave you free sessions) has ended. If you want to use these features again you'll need to start a new subscription.
