I paid for Pacemaker+ and never received the upgrade. The trial didn't work and I assumed that it didn't go through. However, I've been charged for these services. I haven't been able to use any of the Pacemaker+ effects. The app prompts me to upgrade, when I do. I have since cancelled the upgrade, but would like a refund.

Regarding refunds, Apple securely process payments on our behalf therefore we are unable to issue you a refund directly. Apple may issue you a refund but this is at their discretion.
